I am an LCSW, I received my master’s degree in 2015. I have worked in mental health and addiction for the past 6 years. I specialize in LGBTQ+ Issues, Faith Transitions, Grief and Loss, Infertility, Depression, Anxiety, and more. I use a variety of different therapies, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, and other modalities.I understand the struggles and challenges that life throws at us. We are living in very difficult times where we are uncertain of the future. We want to feel heard and that our feelings do matter. Sometimes we need to be able to talk to someone who can understand and help us change our perceptions to help us change our world.
